Organic Ingredients: Our rolls are made with 100% organic flour,  raw sugar, and milk/cream as well as grass-fed butter.

Local/Ethical Sourcing: Whenever possible, we purchase items for our products from local or regional farms and businesses, including flour, fruit, nuts, and cheese. When imported items are required (chocolate, coffee), we seek out ethical purveyors, and only purchase animal products from suppliers committed to raising animals in a humane way (eggs, dairy).

Nothing Artificial: We never add any industrial or GMO products to our rolls. NO seed oils, NO dyes, NO preservatives or dough conditioners, and NO artificial flavors. Just real, wholesome foods.
